Let me start with i was at the dealership for 5 hours after driving 4 hours to get there. I purchased a 08 srt8 which is very nice with no modifications but it wasnt worth the hassle that followed. First of all my tags didnt come in 30 days and when i called about it they told me that i needed to get the car inspected so i did immediately and sent it to them.Then they sent me another tag that only lasted 30 more days which expired roughly 40 days before i received the regular tags. So the next problem was trying to cancel the extended warranty i called to cancel the warranty on Monday November 25,2013. My message was returned Friday November 29 I told Matt that i wanted to cancel the ext. warr. he said okay. The next week i called back to the dealership to make sure it was canceled and they told me that its not canceled and that i would need to fill out a cancellation form. So then i filled the form out again thinking that it was all taken care of but wrong it wasnt i finally called Zurich who the ext warr. was thru and they told me to just write to them stating that i wanted to cancel the ext. warranty with the mileage and the vin number then sign it. So after getting blown off numerous times i finally called Mr Sporn the president of the company and asked him for his help on these issues. He did get a fire under someones butt and i got my tags but i had to call him back twice about the ext. warranty refund. Im happy to say that the money was refunded today March 5, 2014.A horrible experience. More

As soon as I walked in, Danny took care of me. My husband and I already own a jeep liberty. We went to Westbury Jeep just to get an appraisal on my Toyota. We looked online and saw there was another jeep liberty for sale and it was a great price. Since the weather in NY has been nothing but snow for the past month, we figured let's just get some information. The appraisal for my Toyota was more than fair. Chris took the time to sit with us and explain the car fax for both my car and the jeep we were looking at. His desk was stacked sky high with work and people in and out of his office, but he still went beyond his "job description" to spend an extra 15 minutes with us. Once my husband and I decided to get the ball rolling, we worked with Eugene. He took down all of the information needed to start the process. Because it was a Friday night, we had to wait until Saturday for all the financial work. We left a deposit to hold the car. Saturday morning at 9am, Jimmy called with all the financing information ready to go. He was more than willing to work with us and give us a fair price. By 10:30am the sale was complete. The truck was ready for pick up at 5pm and in my driveway at 6pm. Eugene had all the paperwork ready to go as soon as we walked in the door. Chris, Eugene and Jimmy all greeted us at the door. I have never had such a positive, smooth experience in buying a car before. There was no game playing! Everyone was straight forward and willing to work with us to make this a positive experience. I just picked up a Ram 1500 Longhorn. Sera was my sales person. We buy a lot of vehicles and I can truly say the best experience ever was my most recent with Sera.
