I am disappointed when a customer is not satisfied with their experience at our dealership. I was involved with some of the issues assisting you. We did in fact have an issue that was our fault regarding the motor vehicle. Your purchase was in a state that we have little experience. We did extend your registration along the way. Regarding your service contract cancellation, this was due to the fact that we financed the vehicle with the same bank you had another finance contract with. There was confusion with your bank and Zurich as to which contact to credit. Our office staff kept you informed on this, as well as myself. I personally spoke with you 2 times on this matter. I am sincerely sorry that these issues occurred and my staff has learned from this experience. This will not happen to our future customers.
