These two worked very well together and treated us with respect and honesty. These two virtues are long lost at other dealerships but not at Westbury Jeep. Lisa/Allie worked with my fiance and I for several hours to find the right vehicle at the right price. They had a tremendous amount of patience and knowledge about the vehicles. It was a true pleasure to do business with both Lisa and Allie and I would highly reccomend working with them in the future. They didn't play the games that most dealerships do and valued my time. I have had great experiences on both occasions, the first time I thought it may have been an accident but the second time I realized that there is actually something different about the way these people do business. I have shopped at many car dealerships over the last 30 years or so and I have dealt with all kinds of salesmen and usually the deal at the end is not what you talked about in the beginning. Not so at this dealership from the very beginning to the very end there were no gimmicks, no tricks, no nonsense, nobody trying to sell me rustproofing, undercoating, alarms or anything else I didn't want or need. All of the numbers added up and there was no pressure to use their financing. Overall a very pleasant surprise after many lowball, bait and switch and other scams attempted on me over the years at other dealerships. I have walked out of many dealerships over the years after I was lied to, and had come to expect it every time i needed to buy a vehicle for myself or my business. I must say these people seem to have a different way of doing business. In conclusion I am sorry if this sounds like a commercial but I feel strongly about this dealership and expect to be shopping there in the fixture. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Try them out I think you will be happily surprised. More

Oil changes Purchased a certified pre owned 2010 liberty from laureen very pleasant to deal with. This car has had many problems all which have been fixed. the mechanics who change oil need to be trained in how to tighten oil filters, I have gone for 5 oil changes and 4 times I had to retighten the filter as oil was leaking out. I use this vehicle on long trips, loosing oil would cause engine to malfunction if not caught in time. The service advisers I deal with are pleasant Lisa B. And Kenny. The one time oil filter did not have to be tightened it was written on the work report of my complaint. More
