I sat down with Shawn because I wanted to order a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. He was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had regarding the options and the ordering process. I signed papers and put a down payment on the truck quick, no games or gemicks. I had full trust in everything that was going on. I spoke to Mike in finance who helped me get an awesome interest rate and explained the whole process of the loans and everything as I have never bought a new car before/taken out a new car loan. Mike was awesome and extremely helpeful as well! Shawn told me the truck will take 6 -8 weeks to get to the dealer. But I actually took 5 weeks!! Shawn kept me updated throughout the build of the jeep constantly updating me on when the dealer would possibly receive it. When I picked up the wrangler it was perfect and everything I wanted. I can't not stress enough how fantastic the service was at westbury. There was no pressure put on me to buy anything and all the staff was extremely professional. I also spoke with Joel the owner before and after buying the jeep. It is nice to see the owner involved in the buisness and customers. Joel was also extremely helpful, a gentlemen and was always a phone call away to answer any questions or solve any problems if I had any. But I didn't! Thank you again!!! More

Oil change Went in for an oil change. It was supposed to be first come first serve. I was the 3rd in line to wait. I waited one hour 40 minsutes. They took peopl Went in for an oil change. I was told this is because my ram needed a special lift. After waiting I got home realized they over filled my car using 8 quarts instead of the manuals recommended 7 quarts. Something so simple as an oil chnage to be done wrong, really!!! More

Shawn's listened to our story - what we wanted, what we needed and what we could afford in a car. Shawn made sure that our new car had everything we felt was necessary and that would fit our budget. On the test drive, he was very patient - explaining all the features of the car while letting us put it through its paces. Jim Ganga worked with us to get us the best possible rate for our loan. Let me start with i was at the dealership for 5 hours after driving 4 hours to get there. I purchased a 08 srt8 which is very nice with no modifications but it wasnt worth the hassle that followed. First of all my tags didnt come in 30 days and when i called about it they told me that i needed to get the car inspected so i did immediately and sent it to them.Then they sent me another tag that only lasted 30 more days which expired roughly 40 days before i received the regular tags. So the next problem was trying to cancel the extended warranty i called to cancel the warranty on Monday November 25,2013. My message was returned Friday November 29 I told Matt that i wanted to cancel the ext. warr. he said okay. The next week i called back to the dealership to make sure it was canceled and they told me that its not canceled and that i would need to fill out a cancellation form. So then i filled the form out again thinking that it was all taken care of but wrong it wasnt i finally called Zurich who the ext warr. was thru and they told me to just write to them stating that i wanted to cancel the ext. warranty with the mileage and the vin number then sign it. So after getting blown off numerous times i finally called Mr Sporn the president of the company and asked him for his help on these issues. He did get a fire under someones butt and i got my tags but i had to call him back twice about the ext. warranty refund. Im happy to say that the money was refunded today March 5, 2014.A horrible experience. More
