They advertise great deals to reel you in, then they run, run, run, run your credit to lower your credit scor Please do not patronize this dealership! They advertise great deals to reel you in, then they run, run, run, run your credit to lower your credit score so they can put your lease agreement into a higher tier so they will make money on innocent young consumers. Not only are they rude and unprofessional, they will take your deposits with the intension that your deal is approved and then when they have you in the clasp of their grips, they inform you the car you want to purchase is now 3 times the amount advertised. Now you want your monies back and they will give you the royal shaft. You have to go thru extreme measures to get a refund. Be aware of the scammers! More

Excellent, Professional and Best Sales person ever - Shaji! Shaji was an excellent Sales associate! We walked in and were not welcomed right away, a few of the salespersons were standing around chatting... Shaji was an excellent Sales associate! We walked in and were not welcomed right away, a few of the salespersons were standing around chatting... which kind of annoyed me. It was about an hour to closing, so I guess everyone was int eh GO home phase already...I went to the front desk and told the receptionist what we were interested in and I think Shaji overheard us and came up right away. What I liked most about him was his no-nonsense attitude. He was very straightforward with us. He said he doesn't like to play games or waste our time. I am happy to say we are happy first time Jeep owners now and most likely will remain with the company as long as Shaji is working there. The rating I am giving Westbury Jeep is solely due to Shaji's performance and service. I was not too thrilled with the way other Sales people were standing around staring at us like how dare they walk into a dealership this late. But not Shaji, I could tell his wife was waiting for him with dinner plans, but he never for a moment rushed us or coerced us to do anything we were not comfortable with. He got us the best deal we could have gotten. Thank you Shaji, we will definitely come back to you for our future vehicle purchases. More

Wonderful Salesman Tom was new, but had no problem letting us know how hard he would work to please us. He was personable and honest. He did his best to find us the car we were searching for. He even went as far as to show us his manager's car that was being driven by the manager. That was the car we bought. I pointed out a few surface scuff marks, and at pick up, the car was clean of those marks. Tom walked us through the car features and made sure we were able to operate those features. He even made sure all of the financing details were properly explained to us by his manager. Thanks Tom, you were great. We look forward to doing business with you again. More
