John is very personable and you can just tell he's a good guy. If it affected the prep-department I would have rated the quality of work a 4/5, there were two wax lines on the car that I had to buff out myself, not Johns fault because he wasn't there when I picked up my new jeep, but the salesman who helped me with the final paperwork didn't offer to buff them out even after I pointed them out to him. They were very noticeable build-ups of wax around the rear doors. Also the car was given to me with the tire pressure sensor lit up(low tire pressure or pressure needs adjustments) but its an easy 1,2,3 fix. Overall I would recommend this dealership based on John's assistance and the value of the VIP program they offer. More

She called over John Decandia. He first explained to me what separates Westbury Jeep from other dealerships. The extra services that come along with purchasing a vehicle from here are numerous. I told John what I was looking for and that I was trading in my 2007 Dodge Nitro. From then on John led me through the process with no interruptions and had answers to all my questions. The sales manager Jimmy Ganga was right to the point and found the best financing I could get. They gave me a great trade for my Nitro and an even better deal on my new Ram. I never felt any pressure from anyone. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. I cant tell you how happy I was with everything! Now that I just leased a 2014 Jeep Compass at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge, I will no longer have to worry when my lease is almost over... In fact, I'll be excited to go back and work with Joe Conrad and Bob Kravitz. I have never had such an easy and pleasurable experience, besides a reasonable price. Walking into the dealership, you can see such a difference compared to other dealers- quality, ease, sincereness, friendliness, knowledge, care... You don't get the feeling of someone pressuring you making you feel uncomfortable. When I came to pick up my new car today, I was finished within 45 minutes without any issues. I was also trading in a car. All other dealers - good luck waiting for hours to get your new car. Past salesman at other dealers have also tried to change their agreement with me when I handed them the bank check to pick up my car. They were trying to get more money out of me and then having to get a manager involved... Not at Westbury Jeep though! They keep their word and are honest. I could not believe how smooth the process went. Joe and Bob have outstanding work ethic and great personalities to work with. I highly recommend you speak with them if you are looking for a new car.
