"Big Allie" carefully listened to my needs and showed me some used vehicles that fit my needs, the next day he followed up with Ed, the financial person, who was just as professional, answer all my questions, gave the different scenarios depending on how much money I put down, etc. He even met my husband who went at a different time to find out about the details... They took my old minivan as a trade at almost retail top dollar (I had some offers personally) and made it effortless within 4 days to drive home with my new minivan. The day we picked up, I was alone with my kids, "Big Allie" made sure to have everything ready for me, filled up all the paperwork and called me on my cell ( I was outside with my kids) when everything was ready for signing, he even offer his laptop to my 3 year old to get entertained while she waited, and helped me move everything I had in the old car to the new one!!!! When I arrived at Westbury Jeep I was impressed at the size of their facility and the inventory on hand. The front desk staff were both courteous and polite. I arranged to meet with Michael Goldberg who I spoke to before hand and provided him with a summary of the model and options I was interested in. I found Mr Goldberg to be business professional, knowledgeable and had all the answers to my previous questions. I appreciated Mr Goldberg's up front approach, he was very straightforward while discussing all matters. Mr Goldberg professionally negotiated my trade in price and new car sale's price in a fair and unambiguous manner. We arranged a delivery date and Mr Goldberg spent about an hour finalizing the paperwork and providing an in-dept tutorial of my new vehicle. I had an absolute wonderful experience with the process and a big reason for that is owed to Alex Molenko (ALLIE). He handled me perfectly as I hate to be pushed or forced into a purchase. I have been looking for an SRT for weeks and have walked out of several dealerships mainly because of the service. I felt comfortable from the start with Allie and everything went very smooth. To give you an idea of the type of salesman he was, he stayed several hours beyond when his shift was over to make sure I was happy with the car and he even mailed some personal belongings that I left in my old car the very next day (Guess I was too excited to get in the new car to check my old one thoroughly). The deal was already completed so he really didn't have to do something like that. It was a really nice touch. I would recommend Allie to anyone who is looking for a new car without any reservation whatsoever. More
