After spending a couple of hours with John I found him to be very knowledgeable and likeable guy. Unfortunately I had gotten very sick and could not make it back to the dealership for a couple of weeks. But when I was able to get there we picked up where we left off and we made the purchase. Now that I just leased a 2014 Jeep Compass at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge, I will no longer have to worry when my lease is almost over... In fact, I'll be excited to go back and work with Joe Conrad and Bob Kravitz. I have never had such an easy and pleasurable experience, besides a reasonable price. Walking into the dealership, you can see such a difference compared to other dealers- quality, ease, sincereness, friendliness, knowledge, care... You don't get the feeling of someone pressuring you making you feel uncomfortable. When I came to pick up my new car today, I was finished within 45 minutes without any issues. I was also trading in a car. All other dealers - good luck waiting for hours to get your new car. Past salesman at other dealers have also tried to change their agreement with me when I handed them the bank check to pick up my car. They were trying to get more money out of me and then having to get a manager involved... Not at Westbury Jeep though! They keep their word and are honest. I could not believe how smooth the process went. Joe and Bob have outstanding work ethic and great personalities to work with. I highly recommend you speak with them if you are looking for a new car. You will have a wonderful experience and a long lasting relationship. I plan to stick with them in future leases or car purchases I get. Thank you guys... I love my new Blue Pearl Jeep! More
