I did not feel pressured into any decision. John DeCandia was very friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient. When it was time to pick up the car, I was told by other people that it was going to take hours, that was not the case. John DeCandia was prepared, all the paperwork, license plate, registration were completely done, he even went way beyond his job and took the stickers off each rim that were left on one at a time until there were no marks. John DeCandia made sure that I felt comfortable sitting in the car along with showing me how to work everything in the car. He explained everything in detail and set up blue-tooth, the radio settings etc. Even when the delivery was complete John DeCandia still took the time to get to know me and make sure that I was happy with the outcome. I am very grateful for his help and appreciate all that he did because I know without him as a salesman I would have not had a good experience.
