They explained It's our first time to buy a brand new car. Working with Shaji Varghese and Mike Quattalaro didn't make the experience daunting for us. They explained clearly what we can expect, especially where financing is concerned. Plus, they gave us a good deal on the car, including the service warranty. The only thing that we suggest is for Shaji to keep us in the loop during the whole process. We spent the whole afternoon waiting in the dealership and we were just guessing as to what's happening and why it's taking so long. Perhaps if Shaji came back to us every 30 minutes or so to explain what's currently going on, we wouldn't have to wonder why we're waiting a long time at the dealership. Besides that, our experience with buying our first brand new car was great at the Westbury dealership. More
