Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM SRT

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had the WORST experiences with Westbury Jeep. The first Jeep I purchased, I was sold a fake Jeep. Yes FAKE! I went to pick it up and I said "Wa I have had the WORST experiences with Westbury Jeep. The first Jeep I purchased, I was sold a fake Jeep. Yes FAKE! I went to pick it up and I said "Wait, this isn't the Jeep I bought?" Apparently Jeep didn't make the vehicle the salesman sold me. I ended up taking the one I was shown anyway, the colors ended up being pretty cool. I get home and it's raining out, and also INSIDE my car. They never added the sealant into the windshield so it could have blown off and gotten me killed at any time. It took them 4 times to figure out what the issue was and GM Keith Donnelly couldn't have been more of a jerk to me and my family. I decide to give them another shot and trade in my Jeep for a Fiat. I love my Fiat! Now its time to schedule maintenance... I leave a message... wait 2 weeks for a returned phone call which I don't get... so I have call back to schedule an appt. and get an attitude from the woman who answered the phone... I bring my car in and they need to order a part which they tell me they will call me back in 1-2 days when the part is in. A week later I call in to see if the part is there and they inform me "i was just about to call you" YEAH RIGHT! I make another appt with the service consultant... On the day of my appt. I call to confirm because I have yet to hear from them and they tell me that no appt. was ever made because whoever I spoke to "probably forgot to put me in the system" Are you kidding me? I would not recommend Westbury Jeep unless you like horrible customer service, nasty women answering the phones, or to never actually get a returned phone call. The only thing I can say is that the people who actually work on your vehicle - They are great and actually do a good job... unless they need to work on your engine and forget to put some of the parts back on. More

Not only was he very helpful and knowledgable but he was able to get us the jeep that fit in our budget. We would recommend him to anyone, he is the best salesman by far! Also, the business manager: James Ganga a.k.a. Jimmy was very diligent in getting us the best deal without breaking the bank. Thank you to this amazing team and #1 Jeep car dealership we are living the american dream and will be enjoying our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the fullest!
