Very Pleased I was just in for service with my 2013 Grand Cherokee had to have the water pump replaced. At the time I made my appointment there were no loaner cars I was just in for service with my 2013 Grand Cherokee had to have the water pump replaced. At the time I made my appointment there were no loaner cars available, I was asked if I could just bring it in at night after work to have it looked at to make sure it was not serious. After looking at my Jeep, they realized it was serious and they could not let me leave with it, so they were able to find me a loaner and they were able to have a new improved water pump put in the next day. And when I picked up my Jeep my service advisor Janine also told me that they had my recalls taken care of while my Jeep was in. Janine was very nice and kept me in the loop throughout the whole experience and I have never had a better experience with a vehicle as I have with my Jeeps at Westbury. More
