Dear Mr. Biundo: I am sorry that you are not satisfied with your vehicle. This survey does come as a surprise to me considering you sent me a personal apology regarding your handling of the situation. I repurchased your first vehicle due to your dissatisfaction. I have personally driven your second vehicle and observed no issue with any of the complaints your indicated. My test drive with the service director was not the first, as my staff has tested your vehicle multiple times trying to duplicate your complaints. I understand that Chrysler may have promised that an engineer would come and look at your vehicle and did not, but this does not mean that we did not do our part in attempting to satisfy you. Your vehicle drove exceptionally well and I know that my staff put an inordinate amount of time and effort to attempt to satisfy you. Sincerely, Joel Sporn Owner

Dear Joel Sporn, I did this survey because of the constant reminder of how frustrated I am when I step on the brakes and they squeak. The day I wrote this survey the drivers " easy exit seat" got stuck in the back position. I wrote this survey because the door sensors are still working randomly. If I wasn't persistent with your service department, Dominic would have sent my car home without addressing the valve problem back in August. So yes my vehicle does DRIVE exceptionally well, it's the other details that your staff can not fix. Marc Biundo
