Horrible Service Department I have been bringing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the service department for issues that started after owning the car for 5 months. The problems I have been bringing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the service department for issues that started after owning the car for 5 months. The problems have been.....door senors, easy exit seat, and sunroof, work some times. Also the front brakes started squeaking at 5000 miles. I have tried 3 times to have these issues corrected and I'm told when the car is checked out nothing is wrong. In there words, " if they can't duplicate the problem there is nothing they can do." I was contacted by Chrysler care department and they told me they would send a Chysler engineer out on the 28 of Oct.to work with the service department. At 4:30 on the 28th I called to check on the progress, had to leave a message. No one there ever answers their phone. At 5:45 on the 28th my service advisor Dominic Denovellis called me back and said nothing has been done to the car. I asked about the Chrysler engineer, he said no one called from that department nor did they come out to look at the car. He said someone should be there tomorrow and that I should call Tim Doyle, the service director in the morning. The owner Joel Sporn and Tim Doyle called me in the morning and pretty much said there is no Chysler engineer that will come out, that if they can't duplicate the issues, they can't do anything to fix the car and they will work on the car and call me later. I did get a call later that day saying that the car was done, but that they could not fix any of the issues that I brought the car in for and there was nothing else they could do. I said so basically I'm stuck with a car that when I push a button, it might or might not work and I have a car that has brakes that squeak. They would not give me an answer to my question. I picked the car up and as they drove it to me the cars brakes squeaked as it cam to a stop, of course no one was around to hear it and the person driving the car said he didn't hear anything. TIm Doyle came out and drove the car and said he heard nothing. So this is were I stand. I feel like I'm living in a nightmare with this car. Horrible horrible horrible experience! I will never buy a Chrysler product again!! More
Great Experience My brother and I went in looking at ram pickup trucks. We were greeted by Joe Seplow who was patient enough to go through various options. Even though the dealership was very busy he spent quality time with us and went over several different purchase options. Needless to say we decided to both buy and drove home that day with two brand-new ram trucks. I would also like to note that one of Joe's associates John DeCandia was helpful in going over all the paper work and spent the time to do a full vehicle walk through with me. The group effort and attention to detail from both sales associates was above and beyond which is not often experienced these days. Thank you to both of you and I will be recommending Joe and John, and Westbury Jeep to anyone in the market. Rob. B More

Great Experience! My car had just been totaled two weeks ago and I had no idea what i wanted to do. A friend of mine just purchased two jeeps a week prior and told me I should stop by Westbury Jeep and see Jimmy Ganga, mind you I have never owned a Jeep before. Jimmy was very sympathetic to the situation and said he would have someone very professional help me out and that he would come up with a very fair price right from the start. I received a call from John DeCandia on Saturday morning and he cleared his schedule to meet with us in an hour, knowing the urgency of my situation. I have to say, I usually dread going to car dealerships, however, John made things very comfortable for us. We told him we were interested in the Grand Cherokee and he went over all the details with us of all the packages the car comes in. He showed us a price and said he would talk to Jimmy Ganga to see what he could do to come up with a great deal for us. He came back with a number that was really fair and then they went out of their way to tweak it a little more. Usually, when people know that people are in a spot where they have to purchase something, they see an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. Both Jimmy and John did neither, in fact they both went out of their way to help make our situation get resolved faster. I had a number in my head going into the dealership and to tell you how fair they were, I never looked at another car once I left the dealership. My car was ready a few days later and John went over all the details with and reassured us that if we have any questions, to give him a call. More
