She was attentive, and a real pleasure to deal with. She even came in on her day off when I showed up at the dealership unannounced, and I drove home in my new Jeep 30 minutes later. 3 months in a loaner car. Not happy 2014 grand cherokee diesel motor. I believe in the car and the motor- however (3) bad injectors and 5 service visits ... I only had the car for 7 mont 2014 grand cherokee diesel motor. I believe in the car and the motor- however (3) bad injectors and 5 service visits ... I only had the car for 7 months. All of this led to a fight for a refund under the lemon law. Every time we called the dealership-none if the managers returned our calls. I had to get an attorney to start getting cooperation... Disappointed in the dealership and the lack of attention in dealing with a faulty motor with only 500 miles on it. Only mike goldberg and tim doyle helped in the process- no one else wanted to deal with it. More

Fiat customer service Excellent service from Rodney. He called to keep me posted. Went out of his way to accomodate me.
