This time I needed a durango lease for my wife so I went in to see Bob Horn who I always deal with. I actually just stopped in a few times when he wasn't working and didn't speak to anyone until one day I asked if he was in and he happened to be off but they gave me Andy Liddle who is on Bob's team. Andy worked with me to get the best vehicle for my wife's needs and at the best price. After I left he said he would work on it when Bob got back and call me. No pressure and he made me feel like I knew him for years. Andy is a real car guy, buy the time the deal was done he and I exchanged stories and photos of the muscle cars we've had although some of his weren't from the US they were still cool cars. Andy was such a pleasure to deal with that two days later my friend went back and bought a car from them too! I would recommend Bob and Andy to anyone (my dad's also a customer). Our timeframe for purchasing was very tight (we went in on Wednesday Night, and needed a very specific vehicle by Friday). Our salesperson Andy Liddle was extremely accommodating and spent hours searching through vehicles that met our needs. He found one at a dealership in lower upstate New York, and actually was able to arrange delivery in time for us to take our new Promaster back to the office on Friday. It really was a great experience, and the team at Westbury couldn't have been more accommodating. On top of finding us a vehicle in such a short time-frame, Andy found us some incentives from Ram that saved us money (who doesn't like to save money)! Went to lots of different dealers on Long Island and a few out of state. I just could not decide type,color etc...i wanted to keep the Tahoe and just put a bit of money into it and call it a day. It had been an amazing car and I could not think of replacing it...Until we met Nancy. She was patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the car that we leased Jeep Cherokee Limited 2015. It took some time getting it due to the fact we were moving to CT and I also had a quick stay in the hospital and i had never borrowed money before so it was hard finding a financial company to lend it to me. Nancy just would not give up..she really put her time and heart into this for me. We became friends quickly because we were on the phone a lot trying to figure all of these issues out. Although we had more questions than the average individual, Jeff was always willing to take his time to explain everything to us. Then when we picked up the car, Jeff spent a great deal of time explaining the electronic system on the dashboard. Although the jeep that we returned was only three years old, the technology was vastly different. We even called him the next evening with a question and he was just as courteous. We have recommended him to all of our friends. We will be using Jeff in three years for our 8th Jeep. More
