Very disappointing service experience. I brought my 2024 Chrysler Pacifica in with approximately 17,000 miles because of a persistent clicking/knocking noise from the engine and a trans I brought my 2024 Chrysler Pacifica in with approximately 17,000 miles because of a persistent clicking/knocking noise from the engine and a transmission that jerks when shifting between P, R, N and D. I also reported several other smaller issues. The vehicle remained at the dealership for several days, but unfortunately none of the problems I brought it in for were actually resolved. The main explanation I received was that there were no fault codes, so they did not know what to repair. I was also told the technician could not hear the clicking/knocking noise from the engine. They performed a transmission reprogram/relearn, but after picking up the vehicle, the transmission still behaves the same. The engine clicking/knocking is still present. What concerns me most is the diagnostic approach. A vehicle does not need to generate a fault code for a mechanical problem to exist. When a customer reports specific and repeatable symptoms, especially on a vehicle still under factory warranty, I would expect an authorized Chrysler service department to investigate beyond simply checking for codes. After leaving my vehicle there for several days, I am now in the same position I was in before the appointment and will have to take it to another Chrysler dealer for a proper diagnosis. I came to Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram ready to lease a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black Edition. I had already researched incentives, trade values and comparable deals, and I made it clear from the beginnin a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black Edition. I had already researched incentives, trade values and comparable deals, and I made it clear from the beginning that I had a packed schedule and didn’t have time to spend all day negotiating. The initial numbers weren’t even close, so I thanked everyone and left. Later I received a call saying the GM had approved a much better deal. I was told to leave a $500 refundable deposit and that the deal would be held for 72 hours. After I agreed and called my insurance company, everything changed. Suddenly I was told the deal had to happen that night because of month-end timing. I even drove back to the dealership after nobody answered my calls or texts. The truck wasn’t available, and I was promised a callback the next day. That call never came. When I finally called, I was told the incentives hadn’t really changed, but now the issue was that they were “losing money.” To be fair, my deposit was refunded immediately, and I don’t blame the salesman. He was polite, never pressured me into another truck, and I believe he was doing his best. My frustration is with the dealership’s process. I walked away feeling like the goalposts just kept moving, and that’s ultimately why they lost my business. More

Had my brand new 2026 Ram for 3 months; it’s now been sitting with service for 3 weeks… Zero clue by service when the part will come in. After 2 weeks they tell YOU to call Chrysler customer care to expe sitting with service for 3 weeks… Zero clue by service when the part will come in. After 2 weeks they tell YOU to call Chrysler customer care to expedite YOUR own part. And when you do call they create a case, but then days go by & you don’t hear from anyone. Also, took me a week to get a loaner. Told me they didn’t have any (their selling point is they have loaners when you get a car from them). When I went to pick up my loaner there was 20 cars there (ram’s included which I didn’t get, so they had cars to be loaned out). No idea when my part will come in to fix my brand new truck. Shop elsewhere. More
