I did not feel pressured into looking at a vehicle I wasnt interested in, as I have had that experience with other sales men. The feeling of being steered towards a car instead of havin a variety to choose from definitely makes an experience less comfortable and creates a sense of doubt as to whether or not you have made the right decision. In this experience I feel like I expeessed what I wanted and he was able to find everything I wanted in a package I was completely comfortable with, and felt confident in my purchase and still do. Great attitude Professional, yet friendly enough to make you feel 100% comfortable. Great knowledge of the inventory and different packages available on the several different models I was interested in. Will definitely be returnin for my next purchase. More

Some highs and lows I've been in several times over the past 2 years and definitely some good and bad. The good: Hours are great, people are generally friendly and helpful and WHEN work is completed the quality has been high for me. The bad. First, this place is huge. You may come in one day and speed through and come in a similar day and time a week later and it's swamped. Second, I brought my car in multiple times for the same problems and feel like I had to do a lot of the research to get these problems fixed. Granted, these have been less than straightforward problems, but I've found user groups and service bulletins online and had to push to have the issues addressed based on what I found. My advice is to use Westbury for service, but be an informed consumer: 1) Get second opinions on any expensive fix. 2) Educate yourself via online forums. Few problems are unique. 3) Push if you need to. With so many customers to keep happy, the squeaky wheel will get attention. More
