Some highs and lows I've been in several times over the past 2 years and definitely some good and bad. The good: Hours are great, people are generally friendly and helpful and WHEN work is completed the quality has been high for me. The bad. First, this place is huge. You may come in one day and speed through and come in a similar day and time a week later and it's swamped. Second, I brought my car in multiple times for the same problems and feel like I had to do a lot of the research to get these problems fixed. Granted, these have been less than straightforward problems, but I've found user groups and service bulletins online and had to push to have the issues addressed based on what I found. My advice is to use Westbury for service, but be an informed consumer: 1) Get second opinions on any expensive fix. 2) Educate yourself via online forums. Few problems are unique. 3) Push if you need to. With so many customers to keep happy, the squeaky wheel will get attention. More

Excellent and Knowledgeable Sales Person This was my first experience at Westbury Jeep, I have traditionally purchased BMW's. I was looking to purchase a Grand Cherokee SRT or a BMW X5. I met with Jeff Freeman who was excellent in explaining the various features of the car, took a test drive and best of all was not the typical aggressive/pushy salesman. Best of all my concern was fitting the car in my garage with another large automobile. Jeff actually brought the car to my house to make sure it would fit into the garage. This was an excellent suggestion on his part and was in my mind a deal closer. I would recommend Jeff to anyone and the experience overall was very pleasant. More

some frustrations but Westbury Jeep did the right thing my experience with Westbury Jeep was mixed. It started when i saw a used jeep wrangler on their web site. i contacted the web sales person and made a my experience with Westbury Jeep was mixed. It started when i saw a used jeep wrangler on their web site. i contacted the web sales person and made an appointment to see the car. turns out the first car i saw did not meet my needs. My sales rep promised he would keep an eye on incoming wranglers and let me know when one came in that was more to my liking. I consistently checked their web site and saw a few new vehicles added, all of which were in the ballpark of what i was looking for however my sales rep NEVER CONTACTED me. I had to contact him over six times. Finally, i got so frustrated that i spoke to his manager to complain. the manager promised to have another salesman contact me to assist. the new salesman did call but also never followed up. Finally, i saw THE car i wanted on line and went in to see it. At this time, i met with yet another salesman, Miles Colon, and he was friendly and quite helpful. We test drove the car in on a night when it was pouring outside. When we returned to the dealership, i noticed a somewhat large leak in the back of the car. it was around the holidays and the person who repairs leaks only works at Westbury on Thursdays. Since the next three Thursdays were holidays, i was told the car would not be ready until the 2nd week of January. That was fine with me as i was not in a rush to pick up the vehicle. Miles was a pleasure to work with but the earlier miscommunication was frustrating.. if you do do business with Wesbury Jeep, i would suggest you try to work with Miles. Although i did have some frustrations, i must admit that I did get the car i wanted, at the price i wanted. Miles and Marie did step up to the plate and made sure that everything was taken care to my satisfaction. The issues with the leak were what they were and really out of the control of the dealership.
