some frustrations but Westbury Jeep did the right thing my experience with Westbury Jeep was mixed. It started when i saw a used jeep wrangler on their web site. i contacted the web sales person and made a my experience with Westbury Jeep was mixed. It started when i saw a used jeep wrangler on their web site. i contacted the web sales person and made an appointment to see the car. turns out the first car i saw did not meet my needs. My sales rep promised he would keep an eye on incoming wranglers and let me know when one came in that was more to my liking. I consistently checked their web site and saw a few new vehicles added, all of which were in the ballpark of what i was looking for however my sales rep NEVER CONTACTED me. I had to contact him over six times. Finally, i got so frustrated that i spoke to his manager to complain. the manager promised to have another salesman contact me to assist. the new salesman did call but also never followed up. Finally, i saw THE car i wanted on line and went in to see it. At this time, i met with yet another salesman, Miles Colon, and he was friendly and quite helpful. We test drove the car in on a night when it was pouring outside. When we returned to the dealership, i noticed a somewhat large leak in the back of the car. it was around the holidays and the person who repairs leaks only works at Westbury on Thursdays. Since the next three Thursdays were holidays, i was told the car would not be ready until the 2nd week of January. That was fine with me as i was not in a rush to pick up the vehicle. Miles was a pleasure to work with but the earlier miscommunication was frustrating.. if you do do business with Wesbury Jeep, i would suggest you try to work with Miles. Although i did have some frustrations, i must admit that I did get the car i wanted, at the price i wanted. Miles and Marie did step up to the plate and made sure that everything was taken care to my satisfaction. The issues with the leak were what they were and really out of the control of the dealership. Our sales rep Krystal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering the many questions we had about leasing vs buying. From the receptionists to the General Sales Manager Marie, we were treated like VIP customers. Krystal even came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule during the holidays. Shawn worked with us to keep our purchase within our budget. The term "Sign & Drive" was appropriate for our experience. When we arrived to pick up our car, we had to sign a few documents, Krystal then showed us all the features in our new car even setting up our Bluetooth and we were on our way! I would highly recommend Westbury Jeep to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE Sales Dept was so wonderful I bought a 7yr warranty 4 months ago. SERVICE IS SO AWFUL I WANT TO RETURN THE CAR AND GET MY MONEY BACK! I scheduled fi Sales Dept was so wonderful I bought a 7yr warranty 4 months ago. SERVICE IS SO AWFUL I WANT TO RETURN THE CAR AND GET MY MONEY BACK! I scheduled first appointment on-line and received an email and telephone call confirming the appt - but when I got there (40min away from my home) the service center was closed. When I called to complain a woman named Linda apologized for the "computer error" and told me to bring the car in Tuesday at 6pm and they will take care of me "right away". Well I had to wait 2 hrs for that "right away" and it would have been longer if I hadn't blew my top at everyone. The Service Dept does not even care enough to ask for your name when you walk in - they take your keys and say they will get all the info they need from the VIN #. There was no info in the computer about the first screw up. There was a customer who told me he had been waiting over 2 hours for the service dept to fix his license plate bracket. Everyone waiting was complaining about how impersonal the service is. You are nothing more than a VIN # - they don't even want to know your name. I DO NOT LIKE THE TRAILHAWK (never buy a car the first year it comes out!!) - THE SERVICE SUCKS - I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A FORD EXPLORER!!!! More
