While the dealership differentiates itself through its beautiful facility, bargaining power and exceptional service plan, it was Andy who truly made the experience of buying a car memorable. Initially there was a misunderstanding – the car ordered was not exactly what I wanted. However, Andy worked relentlessly to find the one I wanted (I eventually found out he made over 150 phone calls to other dealerships). Within a week, Andy did the impossible and found not only the car of my dreams, but an upgraded version at the same price. This same car, which Andy found somewhere out of state and shipped it overnight to the local dealership is now sitting in my driveway. Throughout the process Andy was professional, sincere and kept constant communication (daily updates) through text and phone. Once the car arrived, he took as much time as I needed getting accustomed. I never thought I would take time out of my day and write a review, but Andy deserves it!
