Finance people that don't really understand auto finance. Lies, lies, lies. We were ready to give up until when we discovered Westbury Jeep. What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Jason, the salesman, was the ultimate professional. He was kind, patient and professional. He took the time to understand what our needs were and to show us vehicles that met our request, not what was needed to clear his inventory. He went over every detail of the vehicle and of the deal. No attempt to mask ANYTHING. I would recommend to anyone I cared about. He was fantastic. Jim Ganga worked with us on the finance portion of the transaction. I assure you it was not easy. He reviewed everything and he helped to craft a deal that was affordable to us and put us in an even better vehicle than we originally thought we could afford. He responded to every call and every email. He gave me a comprehensive list of what was needed and didn't seem to be making it up as he went along like the other dealers. He, too, was the definition of professional. This is a great team and great dealership and they have made a friend for LIFE. More
