After buying 2 cars in the past and having gone to dealerships with other people when they wanted to buy a car, I have never met a salesperson quiet like Andy before. As are most sales people, Andy was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer just about all of my questions. But what really set him apart from everyone else was the fact that he was not pushy at all. He actually listened to what I wanted and had to say and did not try to up sell me or sell me anything that I didn't need just make the extra sale. I have even gone to other Jeep dealerships where the salesperson was pressuring me to buy a car on the spot that I didn't like and wasn't ready to purchase just so he could make his quota. Andy is the opposite. He is honest, kind, and was willing to work with me on whatever I needed. I would 100% recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone. Even if you don't plan on buying a Jeep, I would still go to this dealership to meet Andy so you can see how a proper salesperson should act. More

My credit is damaged and I had some money to put down but not a lot. My wife and I have had the worst experiences imaginable. Bad service. Salespeople with no knowledge. Finance people that don't really understand auto finance. Lies, lies, lies. We were ready to give up until when we discovered Westbury Jeep. What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Jason, the salesman, was the ultimate professional. He was kind, patient and professional. He took the time to understand what our needs were and to show us vehicles that met our request, not what was needed to clear his inventory. He went over every detail of the vehicle and of the deal. No attempt to mask ANYTHING. I would recommend to anyone I cared about. He was fantastic. Jim Ganga worked with us on the finance portion of the transaction. I assure you it was not easy. He reviewed everything and he helped to craft a deal that was affordable to us and put us in an even better vehicle than we originally thought we could afford. He responded to every call and every email. He gave me a comprehensive list of what was needed and didn't seem to be making it up as he went along like the other dealers. He, too, was the definition of professional. This is a great team and great dealership and they have made a friend for LIFE. More
