Great Experience I came into westbury jeep on a Saturday to look into leasing a new grand cherokee since my current lease was up in a few months. I was greated by Kyrstal Jorge who was extremely helpful, after a test drive and overview of the vehicle and all of it's features we sat down to discuss what features I needed, what I liked and of course the financial details and after a short amount of time I was sold. Krystal never made me feel pressured into signing anything right then and there like many other dealers I've dealt with in the past, she truly provided top notch customer service making sure I was comfortable with everything and making sure I was getting all of the features I needed. I came in just to look and get an idea for future and walked out with a brand new grand cherokee all in the same day. I would highly recommend Westbury Jeep, especially Krystal Jorge. I told Jerome I would like to look over the truck and take it for a test drive. The rest was history Jerome was extremely knowledgeable and professional he answered all of my questions with complete answers , more importantly Jerome treated me like a million dollar customer. The Finance Manager (Jim Ganga) crunched the numbers and explained the entire contract down to the last dime. I purchased the truck and was on my way home in just a few hours what a wonderful stress free smooth experience. More
