Excellent Care Shawn Mayers handled the issue with my Fiat 500. The keys stopped working and a new set had to come from Fiat. Shawn patiently explained the issue and Shawn Mayers handled the issue with my Fiat 500. The keys stopped working and a new set had to come from Fiat. Shawn patiently explained the issue and promised to follow up. I think the most satisfying feeling I had was when Shawn called to give me bad news, that the keys would be delayed. I wrote to him that making a call when you have to give a customer bad news is rare and that I really appreciated him going the extra mile. There was going to be a delay in getting the keys but somehow Shawn was able to push through that and I am so happy I was able to get my card back today. Krystal never made me feel pressured into signing anything right then and there like many other dealers I've dealt with in the past, she truly provided top notch customer service making sure I was comfortable with everything and making sure I was getting all of the features I needed. I told Jerome I would like to look over the truck and take it for a test drive. The rest was history Jerome was extremely knowledgeable and professional he answered all of my questions with complete answers , more importantly Jerome treated me like a million dollar customer. The Finance Manager (Jim Ganga) crunched the numbers and explained the entire contract down to the last dime.
