Sales staff was great, receptionist HORRIBLE Hasan was great to work with. The wait to see a sales person was long, receptionist told me wait time that was unrealistic. Originally, they had told me it would be a half hour wait...1.5 hours later, I was finally seen by Hasan (only because i had complained in front of a new customer that i had been waiting over an hour when i overheard the receptionist say to that person it would be a half hour.) Receptionist is horrible, no value of other peoples times...be honest if there is al on wait, our time is just as valuable as the sales staff. More

The truck we wanted was not there on the the lot, but rather it was on a different location where they store the cars. After talking for a while, Andy drove us there so we could see it. We fell in love with it and went back this morning to pick it up. Andy not only was waiting for us, he had the paperwork all ready to go, had already spoken to our insurance company and was finalizing some last minute things. It was a seamless transaction from beginning to end and was completed with a full tutorial of how to take the tops off and use the navigation system.
