She knew exactly what was going to fit my budget and was able to present a car with more features than I thought I could afford. We picked up my daughters new 2015 Compass on Monday, and could not be happier with the process. I will be sure to continue consulting Chelsea Moscato for future purchases and would recommend her to anybody looking for a friendly, down to earth sales person. More

Too many reps do not communicate well, don't care and there job poorly and to slow. Steve was the complete POSTIVE opposite. Westbury Jeep is Luky to have such an employee. worst dealership We came to Westbury because of the years of great service our family and friends have received from them. We are the last of them to EVER get another We came to Westbury because of the years of great service our family and friends have received from them. We are the last of them to EVER get another vehicle from here. They have the worst customer service we've ever experienced. They are not about making sure the customer is happy. Everything is to their convenience. They return phone calls at the end of the day so the problem continues to the following day. Normally, when you KNOW a customer is having a problem you would think the dealership and employees would like to rectify the problem. NO they let the problem linger for about a month. We are still not done nor satisfied with our purchase. At pickup, we were told they owed us a floor mat. Evidently, they must be manufacturing a new one because a month later, we still have not gotten a replacement. The truck was not properly detailed and compound was left on the car. NO new detail. They sold us and we paid for a factory backup camera but received aftermarket camera without telling us it was not going to be factory. The camera doesn't ever work correctly. Still waiting for this to be resolved. After the sale was made and they got their money, they no longer care about the customer. With all the cars we've bought and our family has bought, there is always a survey that comes out. Surprisingly, Westbury Ram has NOT sent us a survey. I guess they only want positive ratings back. They know that is NOT happening with us. We are still having issuing with the dealership and if they are not resolved REAL SOON you can all see them on News12. I will be contacting them to get the word out. This is absurd that it has to go this far. If you want a childish experience with lie after lie after lie this is your place!!!!! Dodge should be ashamed to have these morons represent them wish there was a no star option More

2 Smooth Transactions in 1 Day! :D This is my 3rd jeep and I was always happy with the great service of all the people involved in owning my past 2 trucks. Owning my jeeps was a wonderful experience from beginning to end and because I was so satisfied, I returned to Westbury Chrysler for a 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 and a Cherokee Limited 4x4 for my daughter for her graduation! We all want our kids to be in a safe car and I am confident that she is. Thanks to Joe Seplow. He was an efficient salesman who made this another great experience and worked with me and my daughter to fully explain everything with patience. We are both extremely satisfied and I am happy to be back in a Jeep. Mr. Seplow set us up with our blue tooth connection for our cell phones and explained how everything worked. The Grand Cherokee has improved tremendously with the latest technology and attractive design. We are both extremely satisfied. :D :D More
