Excellent experience so far This is my second time at WJCD. I leased my 300s there and I was on the market for a scat pack. I chased dealer inventories for a couple of weeks and This is my second time at WJCD. I leased my 300s there and I was on the market for a scat pack. I chased dealer inventories for a couple of weeks and heard everything from $3,000 - $10,000 over sticker to the car is not available at all. I decided to return to WJCD even though the online stock showed none available and see what my options may be. Kazy and Andy immediately explained to me the factory order process and Andy even gave me the keys to his own personal scat pack to look at. I stayed almost an hour past closing with them and worked out a decent deal and I walked almost 100% happy (I am now waiting for the factory order). Both of them were extremely professional without any pressure and with a lot of knowledge and honesty. I will post a follow up review once I get my baby. So far so good and extremely pleased with WJCD and the people that work there. More

In this specific scenario, they really have exceeded my expectations. This was a custom order, one I have been tracking and researching since last summer. The Challenger Scat Pack Shaker 392 Hemi was a difficult car to research, track and order. I was actually dealing with another dealership (through a friendly connection) and that turned out to be disastrous. They missed the first week window so I went to Westbury. Their sales rep that helped me, Mike Mineo, was also their Challenger expert. He knew every detail about the order and easily walked me through the process. He set expectations up front on the length of the process, and it was very spot on (almost to the day!). Andy, Amy, and Faith were also instrumental in solidifying this deal. I cannot thank them enough! More

In our last visit, Kelly Cooper went above and beyond to ensure we understood the options available to fix and maintain our car. Although there was a bit of wait due to the high volume of cars (Saturday morning at 8:00am), she kept us informed every step of the way. The facility is well maintained and organized. Even if you have to wait, the waiting area is extremely comfortable (TV, Computers, clean restrooms and refreshments available). I also appreciate that there is free wi-fi. ;) More
