On my most recent service visit I I have been a customer here for many years, and I have always been satisfied with the sales and service departments. On my most recent service visit I worked with Manny Karamalis, and he really raised the bar for the service department. My vehicle needed a fair amount of work over several days, and Manny kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't have to chase anyone down for my vehicle's status. Each line item was fully explained, and I felt confident in Manny's honesty in assessing my service needs. When I mentioned I might be interested in trading the car in, Manny went ahead and had it appraised by the sales department, informed me of its value, explained the VIP trade-in process, and provided a complete, written appraisal, carfax report and trade-in offer. Most places would have just directed me to go to the sales department myself for all this. Most importantly, I felt my business was appreciated. This is customer service at its best. More
Unbelievably Terrible I've had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any dealership I've ever bought from. I bought a Dodge Ram 2500. Spent $40,000 and the fir I've had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any dealership I've ever bought from. I bought a Dodge Ram 2500. Spent $40,000 and the first stop I made was the gas station. About 5 months later I had a problem with my front end. Had to bring it back 4-5 times. The final time, was because the entire axel fell out of the truck causing me to crash into the curb. Now I'm having engine problems. My truck has been there since April 6th, I've spent $1600 on a rentAl until they finally gVe me a loaner. it is now June 16th with now update or idea of what they will do next or if they will stNd behind their product. Bad communication, terrible service. Stay away! More
