sales man and his team where not professional enough My experience at this dealer left me unhappy. Their attention and energy to sell me a vehicle was great. I did find the vehicle and the price was ri My experience at this dealer left me unhappy. Their attention and energy to sell me a vehicle was great. I did find the vehicle and the price was right. However, I was not ready to close the deal and left telling him I will return tomorrow. The next day I called him to make the appointment to buy the vehicle and he was very excited for me. As I was on my way there I decided to call him to let him know I was on my way... and he said "I have bad news... I sold the vehicle", I asked him why didn't he call me as soon as he knew this so that I didn't have to drive there for nothing! He said "I was just busy".... so I had to turn back and go home. I feel that after been so nice and professional in selling me a vehicle, he should have been just as professional on giving me a courtesy phone call too to deliver the bad news specially since we arranged an appointment for me to buy the car that afternoon. More

This is my third car and the customer service as well as the overall environment of the dealership blew the rest out of the water. Alex or "Allie" Molenko was our dealer and I cannot express how great he was. He made sure all of our concerns were addressed before, during and after finding the car we were interested in. He helped us in every aspect from narrowing down which cars on the lot had all the specs we were looking for, the price we wanted to stay in as well as the overall questions and comments we had on the sale. At the end of the day I walked out with my new Jeep and smile on my face knowing I had such a great experience inside and out. Thank you Allie and Westbury Jeep! More

I would HIGHLY recommend working with them! They were not only friendly and attentive but also very timely with their work and understanding of my schedule. I worked with many at the service center, not just Anna and was very impressed. I would also like the thank the ladies up front and the Willie who worked directly with the cars in the back. He met me at my car and helped me with every step along with Anna. They treat you like family at this service center and I felt more than comfortable leaving my vehicle with them.
