While most people have a 1-2 day transaction period of time for getting a new car, due to my factory order, I had a lengthy interaction with the sales team here (Specifically Kazi). I can tell you that Kazi and I have talked on many occasions. The car I ordered is rare and unfortunately, Dodge is not acting on the potential of making them in higher volumes. Regardless, Kazi communicated with me on a weekly basis and in many cases more than once a week and even once a day. I honestly feel like I know him for a while now. Also, as you can imagine a lot of things change during the time from when an order is placed to when the customer picks up the car (rebates, residual values, sometimes sales reps, etc.). In my case, I was extremely pleased to walk back in and find out exactly what I was told 13 weeks ago was still standing solid this day. The deal was exactly as explained and expected and there were @ surprises. I caught Kazi on a crazy day where a lot of people were working with him. But he took care of everything just as expected. I know if he could have built the car faster he would have done it without any questions. I also want to extend credit to Andy and his British accent once again! Everything he said in regards to the inventory limitations and factory order process was also true. I am glad I met him and had the opportunity to see his personal car prior to placing my order. Allowing me to see that car in person was something no one else was able to do for me. You guys are a great team. This was my second purchase from Westberry and as long as Dodge / Chrysler continues to make appealing cars, I will not go anywhere else anymore. Thanks guys! More
Great experience I went in for a check engine light and the car kept stalling when I used auto start. I received a loaner car as promised. I have a family of 6 and It was smaller than my minivan but they told me they would try to get me in a bigger car if my car would take a long time. Luckily I didn't need it, the second day I got a call from a service advisor saying that they corrected the issues and that they had found two leaks that were covered under my warranty. I was surprised because I didn't see any leaks in my driveway where I always park the car but I was happy that it was covered. More

From the late service hours to the free coffee and bagels. I have had many vehicles before -nissan, chevy, cadillac and none even comes close to there customer service. My service advisor anna manuzzi is top notch, always fully explains everything in detail and approaches everything with a ""can do"" attitude. My vehicle has always been ready on time with a clean wash. Anna has really set the bar in customer care!!! More

Major Improvements Have Been Made at Westbury Jeep Service!! 2 years ago I purchased my first jeep from Westbury jeep. I love the car but have dreaded the service. Every experience with the service department 2 years ago I purchased my first jeep from Westbury jeep. I love the car but have dreaded the service. Every experience with the service department up until this most recent one has been pretty bad. In the past I have had to wait over a month for an appointment with a loaner vehicle. There had been very poor communication on the part of my service advisor and management previously. This visit I had Kelly Cooper as my service advisor. She was extremely thorough, communication was great and she was even able to find a service bulletin on an issue I was having that there were unable to replicate. She listened and remembered my issues, she kept me up to date on my car and made sure I was happy before receiving my car back. Aside from a great service advisor, I found that the whole process moved much more smoothly. My loaner vehicle was ready and delivered promptly, the checkout and valet service when receiving my vehicle back was much faster and more efficient than it has ever been. Westbury Jeep, whatever changed, please keep it up! Kelly was stellar! More
