I not only used the impressive website and all the tools provided, I did my homework and studied for months all models. This year, I looked at quite a few Fiats available online as well as visited other dealers in the Tri-State area. I was told the place to buy was Westbury Fiat by those who knew the services they offered. I have purchased 7 new cars in the past 10 years My experience at Westbury Fiat was one I have never had before. Simple and easy, over-accommodating, and great espresso! I even ran into local friends at Westbury Fiat while I was making my final decision who was there looking to purchase a second Fiat from Westbury Fiat. And say no more, that is when I committed. From there it was easy. In one word "Unique". What was interesting to me that every person was involved and catered to all my needs. Including Sera Esposito in finance who was great, Cammy, another gentleman, (Porter?) The Manager Matthew actually drilled the holes for my front plate holder himself. Delivery: (I finally pulled my new Abarth in at 10Pm tonight! Pick up was around 2PM) With out reading the manual yet, I can say I pretty know every detail of the car thanks to Debra. She explained all the features many times before my purchase. When the car was delivered to me, We had a very formal and thorough run though of everything including all the necessary paperwork which was a breeze. My iPhone was all set up, and I was off and running What a great day. I have to thank Westbury Fiat for their professionalism and providing me such a great experience in which I had not had before. My wife and I lease was coming up. We own Honda's and we were going to Honda again. But we saw the 500l on TV and wanted to take a look. Debra greeted us as we came in, and let us experience the cars an we were going to Honda again. But we saw the 500l on TV and wanted to take a look. Debra greeted us as we came in, and let us experience the cars and gave us answers to all our questions. She never push us made us feel at ease gave us a test ride. We never felt push, we took our time and made the decision that we wanted the 500L Trekking. She came out with Mat and they both gave us our options on how we wanted to purchase it. The whole experience was shockingly nice maybe even great. They are both a fine asset to your company and should recognize for it More

We had finally decided to replace my wife's '98 Saab with a Fiat Abarth and the incentives for leftover 2013 models pushed us to start shopping. Westbury Fiat was our first stop and we were warmly greeted by Cammy who clearly knew her product line and was glad to show us all the various cars they had on the lot. Of course the test drive sold us, the car is a blast, and we were able to select one they had in stock, pure luck as she offered to try to locate any one in the area that had the options we wanted if they didn't have one. The whole process was stressless, including the trip down the road to the very different Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge dealership with the humming crowds of eager buyers. We sat with Bobby, the seasoned finance guy, and came to a fair deal to all, with him only discussing what we had told Cammy we were interested in. No hard sell for floor mats et al. We we hoping for a pleasant experience, since we don't buy cars every day to say the least, and our previous experience at a Honda dealer left us feeling bad. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Westbury Fiat. I 'm glad we chose them. More

I first dealt with Debra and Cammi and they were great! They made the buying process very smooth and were very patient with me. The problem started after I took possition of my new 2013 Fiat 500 POP. We went to fill up immediately after taking possesion and noticed the dent and door dings. We called immediately called and brought the car back. Debra was very pleasant and got Matt, who is the manager, they saw the dents and told us they would fix it. I asked for a loaner and Matt said they don't give loaners for these types things I would have to bring it back, and walked away. We were frustated and made arrangement to come back. I was unable to take time off of work to bring the vehicle back. My husband called Matt during the week and demanded a loaner since this is somethign that should have been caught during the dealer prep Matt LIED and said he never told us we could not have a loaner and was rude and dismissive. When I called to schedule the loaner he made me feel as if I was wrong and was extremely arrogant. More

Matthew and his staff were great and made the process of buying my first (used) car as smooth as possible.
