Jody talked with us several times about the situation with our 2002 Prius, now needing a replacement 12-volt battery in less than 2 years. She was understanding of our concerns (more than DOUBLE the cost with our 2002 Prius, now needing a replacement 12-volt battery in less than 2 years. She was understanding of our concerns (more than DOUBLE the cost of a "normal" battery!) and tried unsuccessfully to get an adjustment. The battery was in stock, and the car was ready the next day. I had a terrible experience at this dealership in the service department and the service manager Alfredo Lopes is an absolute crook who is incredibly condescending. The dealership called me to ask if I service department and the service manager Alfredo Lopes is an absolute crook who is incredibly condescending. The dealership called me to ask if I wanted to come in for service, I told them I had sold my car. The woman then told me that I have prepaid service and that I should com in and fill out the form to get reimbursed for the remainder of the contract and extended warrantee. I recalled that I was able to do this in the past so I went in. When I got there, the service manager and his lackey were rude, tried to gaslight me, and tried to give me the run around saying, I didn't know what I was talking about and that it was a Saturday and he wasn't going to anything. Wow- Just Wow - glad I sold my toyota - at least I don't have to every deal with those idiots again. Alfredo should lose his job - he is a huge jerk. For being a "Service Manager" - he sucks at his job. More
