We picked up our new Highlander and met the Assistant Service Manager. He was very helpful in explaining the policies. We hope to use the Service Center often. We travel a lot. We may not be in the area for each of the 5000 free service intervals. One of the reasons we bought at Westboro Toyota was the additional third year of free service. More

I understand that Toyota is one of the most sought brands and dealerships are very busy. However, I come to realize that there is a problem in this system. Maybe is only working for Toyota.
