My last free service. Not once did anyone even bother to like vacuum up the rugs or even attempt to engage in anything remotely resembling customer service, let alone gold Not once did anyone even bother to like vacuum up the rugs or even attempt to engage in anything remotely resembling customer service, let alone gold key service that one would expect spending so much on a vehicle. I asked for one little favor at my last service. If someone could take a look at the rear tire wall guard that popped out because of baseball hit it, which should be covered under my two year service warranty. When I picked up the car, the service agent told me “oh I forgot”. He then told me that he was going to take a picture. Talk with someone in the shop and call me back. It’s been four days now and I’ve given up. I know you folks are busy but my gosh your customer service is lousy. More
