Went to the service center to rectify the error made by the technician who forget to put a gasket in oil filter which leads to loose 2.8qt of engine oil in a month after the service date 6/30. Went to valv the technician who forget to put a gasket in oil filter which leads to loose 2.8qt of engine oil in a month after the service date 6/30. Went to valvoline service center and top up the engine oil for $25 and found the fault with their help. Went back to report the issue and wait for almost 2 hours to get it fixed. I concern about the way they treated me and no returns or courtesy credit for the mistake they made. Just parked my car and no receipt for the fix and asked me to drive away. So weird!! More
