Started by getting a oil change 4000 miles sooner than was expected. Tire rotation. There is a disconnect between the Tech. repairing the vehicle, and the service contact. The service contact does not know the status of vehicle and must visit the Tech. in the service area repairing the vehicle, and the service contact. After waiting for more than the estimated time, it is necessary to ask the service contact for status. After looking at the computer for status, the service contact has to go to the service area to learn the statue os the repair work. This is the normal operation. I experience this every time visit Westborough Toyota. I just spent 4 hours waiting to get a flat tire repaired or replaced. It was replaced. The people are all very pleasant I worked with. It's a procedural, or training, or technology issue. Just fix this disconnect, so my time spent waiting was not waisted because the service adviser didn't know the status of my vehicle.. More
