Been dealing with Westboro for many yrs! Trust this dealership. The service rep this time was not overly customer friendly. Did not seem interested in being asked questions. I was in for reg svs I had purchased the 5 Oil Chg special awhile ago! I have a 4 runner this svc appt required whatever you do at 43,000 miles plus tire rotation, oil chg was not required this trip! So I questioned why it was done! He curtly said its done every time I come in whether or not its needed with the package I purchased!! Not what I was told when I purchased the package!! I am going to call Toyota corporate to verify that! More

Went to get my fourth service done today as part of the three year plan that is included with my lease. I arrived at 10am and they took my truck in, the representative telling me it would be about an hour three year plan that is included with my lease. I arrived at 10am and they took my truck in, the representative telling me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. I sat in the waiting room till 11:35 at which time I went to ask the representative for an estimate on time as I had to pick my kids up at noon. He went out to check on it and when he came back in informed me that my truck had not even been taken into the garage yet. Him knowing that I had to get my kids at noon I asked If they had a loaner I could use and leave my truck so they could do the service. He told me they had nothing available. I ended up taking my truck with no service done, paying the sitter for the 2.5 hours she watched my kids and now trying to figure out when i can get it back in for the service they were supposed to do today. Frustrated is a fantastic word for how I felt today leaving with my truck unserviced being that I had an appointment, they told me an hour to an hour and a half and paying a sitter for no reason. What is the point of an appointment if after an hour and a half they haven’t even brought my truck into the garage? It would be nice if they could have updated me on what was/wasn’t happening. The representative didn’t try to come up with any solutions just pulled my truck around and said sorry. If I didn’t have to leave to get my kids I would have asked for a manager, I would be interested to hear what they would have said or done to remediate the situation and look forward to their response to this review. This is terrible customer service at its finest, well done Westboro Toyota you failed greatly today! I will say that I have taken my truck here for the other services included in my lease and have not had a bad experience and have had services done in a timely fashion, but today was very different. As I stated previously, I’m looking forward to a response to this review from a manager or the owner. We will see if they even respond. The website recommended yelp, but when I went to yelp I noticed that Westboro Toyota did not respond to anyone’s review so hopping they will on here. It does not seem like they practice transparency as a company. More
