My vehicle took too long for service because of a mistake made by a mechanic. I was told 1 & a half hours & it took 3. Service Manager Alfredo Lopes and Service Advisor Zack were extremely helpful in resolving all issues with the local adjuster to get the water damage claim approved. They went above and beyond to escalate were extremely helpful in resolving all issues with the local adjuster to get the water damage claim approved. Reached dealership and had to wait for over 15 mts because Juan was busy eating and other two ladies were least concerned that I was waiting.
