Two for One don't normally take the time to write a review, but felt it was necassary after our experience with Dan & Arty at Westboro Misubishi. My husband and I walked into the dealership reluctantly looking for a vehicle for my husband. We had been dreading the shopping experience and the finance experience and feared we would be laughed out of the dealership and walk away shamed and disappointed. NOT THE CASE. We were greeted by friendly Dan who was gracious and happy to see us and was perfectly fine with us wanting to speak with Arty who had originally reached out to us. He left us alone on the lot to wander and look at the cars we had came to see and never "bothered" us again. When we were ready to see the cars up close and personal we went into the showroom and Arty was with some other clients and told Dan to take great care of us. Dan was happy to help and showed my husband the cars, listened to our wants and needs and in the end we agreed on a deal and my husband now has a shiny new Lancer. However, not only did we purchase the Lancer, but in the end we left with a shiny new Outlander for me. Went in reluctantly for 1 vehicle and came out smiling with two. It was an awesome experience and we were treated with respect and kindness ~ something I have never been able to say about a dealership before. THANK YOU DAN, ARTY & EVERYONE AT WESTORO MITSUBISHI! Will not stand behind what they sell. I purchased a brand new car for my family back in August from Westboro. After changing over to winter tires for added safety for my family this winter I purchased a brand new car for my family back in August from Westboro. After changing over to winter tires for added safety for my family this winter I come to realize I was sold a defective tire that had been repaired. I spoke to John Frietas about this and felt that was not o.k. . His response was to continue to try and shift the blame on to me the customer and find anyway to show that his stealership is not at faul. He was continually rude and appeared to be mocking the situation with other employees that he had gathered together to laugh about it with before I was called back into the office after he left me outside in the rain; he told me to wait right there he would be right back. The end result was John asking me why he should ever believe a customer And that if I worried about the safety of the tire to buy a new one from them. My question is why should I have ever bought a car from them. More

No pressure, Stress free I went with a friend to look at a car and we both left with one! Arty, our salesman, was awesome. He had the patience of a saint. Throughout the entire process Arty made himself available for any questions or concerns I had, worked with me when I decided I hadn't made a smart decision purchasing a used vehicle (or that I wanted bluetooth!). I get major anxiety walking into dealerships, but that was quickly changed the minute we sat at Arty's desk. Once all was said and done, the finance manager we worked with was just as patient, friendly, and helpful in explaining all our options. I would, without a doubt, recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle! Ask for Arty and tell him Angela and Chris sent you!!! =) More
