He is prompt in follow up calls and the whole transaction went smoothly. He is very knowledgable about the vechicles and is honest when he does not have the information. In my opionion, the service department has been nothing but exceptional having many years of dealings with them. Their customer service is consistently exceptional. Great experience! trading in my aging Galant for a newer Lancer with great price and services! I believe he would be very successful in the business. Mark is very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to share information. he knows how to help me with what I want. I was about to walk out in the beginning because they did not have the model I was looking for, but he even contacted the owner to find out what they could offer, and finally found me a Lancer with great condition. I also met Chris the sales manager, he is extremely helpful in getting me the information I need, and also willing to work with me in negotiating the price. (I had checked several Mitsubishi dealers but none showed the courtesy). the deal is great comparing to another dealer shop I went to earlier, same model, identical mileage, but saved me fortune. I did not spent long time with Bill the finance mgr, yet that's great experience as well. short conversation, efficiency at work, detailed answers to questions, and professionalism. Overall it's wonderful. I shall see how's the post-purchasing service will be before jumping into conclusion that fast, but I believe that will be great as well. highly recommended for Mitsubishi lovers and fans. More

When I was searching for a new Outlander Sport with a manual transmission in red I was having quite a hard time actually finding one. The sales staff were polite and respectful and listened to everything I had to say. He truly went the extra mile, staying after hours, helping me on the price and finding the accessories I wanted. Will walked me through the numbers and banks and did everything he could to help me understand what was going on. The staff helped me in every way they could throughout the entire process and I drove off with my new car with the confidence that knew everything that was going on with the entire deal.
