Westborn Chrysler Jeep is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From service to sales they are on top of it. A year ago I had bought a new jeep from Andy- he was polite and knowledgable and got me into the exact jeep I wanted. He went through all of my options as far as cars and deals and helped me decide which was the best fit for me. I absolutely loved my car and had the pleasure of going to the dealership to get oil changes etc. Dave in the back is always friendly and the girls are always polite and fast when I am paying. As luck would have it- my car was stolen over the Christmas holiday and was never recovered. I called Andy on the phone and explained the situation..he prepared my new vehicle and all of my paperwork for me ahead of time. He made another excellent recommendation and I am more than pleased with my new vehicle. Andy is very professional and was on top of everything once again. I was impressed with the fact that my car was waiting and it took me less than hour to sign paperwork- look at my new vehichle and get out the door. He did all of the legwork ahead of time- some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Andy made an incredibly stressful situation something that I could actually smile about. I was also very impressed with the manager Gordy, he came and thanked me for my business. That was very classy in my opinion. I have been bragging to all of my friends about the excellent experience that I had at Westborn and people are happy to hear about a dealership that gives such great service. They are open and honest with you about financing and options and have given me a great deal on two cars now.I really cannot say enough about how happy I am with this dealership and how easy they make buying a car. Looking forward to continuing to do business with them in the future. Great job Westborn- keep up the good work. Thank you. More
This is my third auto from Westborn. I have had a marvelous relationship with the sales staff and the service department. It's very comforting to me to walk in to a dealership, and realize that my re marvelous relationship with the sales staff and the service department. It's very comforting to me to walk in to a dealership, and realize that my requests will be honored, and I'll receive courteous and friendly treatment. Recently, I had my Grand Cherokee repaired in Westborn's Body Shop. They did a first-class repair, and matched exactly the metallic-silver paint (the most difficult of colors to match). Every vehicle I've either purchased or leased has had some sort-of condition or anomaly that injected a bump into a smooth transition between Westborn and me. On every occasion, the personnel at Westborn successfully handled my purchase or lease with extreme professionalism and in a friendly, honest manner. They are a dealer I can truly depend on for my vehicle needs. More
They pulled a classic bait and switch on me. Offered me one price and plan which I made the salesperson initial and did not honor the deal after saying they would. I would never recomend this dealer to an one price and plan which I made the salesperson initial and did not honor the deal after saying they would. I would never recomend this dealer to anyone. It was a horid experience. Never shop here More
I don't know if there's enough room in this space to describe the horrible experience my cousin and I experienced at this dealership. He was quoted a price for a 2011 200 that seemed cheaper than all th describe the horrible experience my cousin and I experienced at this dealership. He was quoted a price for a 2011 200 that seemed cheaper than all the other quotes he got. When we went there to get the car, I expected the dealer to pull some stunts about why my cousing doesn't qualify for the low price he quoted him. So he asked us which car we wanted, I said the same car you quoted him the $218 lease no money down for 36 months 12000 miles a year. He said that he needs to check if they have this car first, and proceeded to request our personal info. I insisted that he finds out if the car exists first, and what the actual cost would be. the name of this sales guy is Roberts, P...sky he immediately said, let me go get my manager then. Here comes Jeff Roberts, with a quote of $348 and about $1500 down. I told him that we qualify for employee pricing (EP), He said that was the price for EP. When we decided to leave, he said, well how much do you want to pay? We played this dance for a while until he quoted us a $220 price with $0 down but we had to take the car tonight. That deal is no good tomorrow. So we filled out the paperwork and after what seemed like an eternity they came back saying that the price is going to $268 + about $700 down because I didn't have an A tier credit. Mine was 740, when I confronted him that the rate does not jump more than 3% for this kind of rating and that we decided to leave, he again, made another promiss and signed a paper with the quoted new price of $238 and $658 down. This hole exchange took over 4 hours. We said we're not ready to take the car tonight, my cousin doesn't yet have insurance, he said that it's not a problem! .... it's now 9PM and the dealership is closing, they said the mechanics were not there, so they can't deliver the car because they go through it make sure everything is cleaned and checked out before delivery. We should come back the next day but need to pay the deposit now. Cousin couldn't make the next day (Friday) so we postponed til Monday. Monday comes, we go down to take delivery and they say, the bank didn't approve the loan yet, they're working on it, they ask my cousin for more proof of employment, Asked us to take a lunch trip and come back. an hour and a half later still, no luck. Every 30 minutes or so they come back saying that it's almost here, or the paperwork is being typed, .... when we got fed up and decided to walk out, they still had some of my cousin's original paperwork and claimed that they can't get right away. When we started down the hallway to get someone to talk to, they said everything was ready, we just need to sign. When I looked over the paperwork, I noticed that the amount was not the same as the one we agreed upon. Again, we decided this dealership/Sales folks can't be trusted so we decided to leave. The General Manager over hears us (Farhat). And ordered the sales manager (Jeff Roberts) to honor the initial quote. Paperwork retyped in 2 minutes. (remember the, we're waiting on paperwork to be written taking too long). All along we're having excuses of why things are taking too long. That's when I protested that, they were not being upfront with us from the beginning, All they had to do is the approval or paperwork is not ready, come back tomorrow, or don't come back until everything is in order. But the eager sales staff is afraid we're going to shop around and decided that holding us hostage for almost 2 whole days is better then delaying the deal a day or two. We signed the paperwork, and finally got the car. a week later, my cousin gets a phone call from the sales guy, telling him, that they felt that we were not happy when we left the dealership, they would like to make it up to us by reducing his lease by another $10. My cousin took the bait. He comes to the dealership, that's when he discovered that they wanted him to pay $300 extra upfront so that they can give him $10 less a month. He knew that looked fishy and told them that he doesn't want this new offer. He'd rather stick with the old lease. That's when the truth started to creep in slowly. They told hime that the previous deal did not go through and that they had to redo the lease with another bank. I refused to sign the new deal and told them that they can have the car back. Beware of this dealer. They will lie about everything and anything to make sure they get your business. I prefer to deal with honest businesses that are more upfront with me from the start. Beware when they take something valuable from you such as the Keys to your car, license or anything you would like back before you leave the dealership. this semms to be their preferred tactic for keeping you from leaving. My wife and I had ran into a financial hardship and were forced to try and find a vehicle that was cheaper than what we were currently paying a month. We thought for sure we would end up having to get a bea forced to try and find a vehicle that was cheaper than what we were currently paying a month. We thought for sure we would end up having to get a beat up pile of junk to lower our payment and interest rates. Luckily we came across Westborn Chrysler Jeep in Dearborn and Mike Poupore. Mike was our sales person and he worked miracles for us. Not only did Mike get us in a newer vehicle, but the vehicle was much nicer (we went from a pick-up-truck to a decked out SUV), it had lower mileage, lower interest rates and lower payments, and rides like a dream. Mike Poupore was able to do all this for us in less than 24 hours. I HIGHLY recommend Mike Poupore and the Team at Westborn Chrysler Jeep. More
I visited this dealer 2x, had my trade appraised, and was approved for a lease. They made an offer on my trade-in vehicle and a lease. The following day, I called the finance manager and told him I wanted to approved for a lease. They made an offer on my trade-in vehicle and a lease. The following day, I called the finance manager and told him I wanted to go ahead with the offer. When I arrived, the salesman took my trade-in keys and sat me in his office. After about 45 minutes he returned with some paperwork and quoted me a completely different price. I reminded him of the previous offer. He left and then I was shuffled into the finance manager's office, where they tried to renegotiate the entire deal with a price I could not afford. We went back and forth a few times and I said I was finished dealing with them and wanted the keys to my vehicle (the trade-in.) They said it was being appraised again and the service guy had my keys. I stepped out of the office and saw my vehicle through the window where I parked it when I arrived. I went back to the finance manager's office and told them to give me my keys. The general manager began trying to negotiate with me. I was in the hallway and from behind his desk, he called me "Honey," and quoted me another offer; still higher than the original. I refused. He reached for something by his computer monitor, low and behold my keys appeared! He handed me the keys and said, "Have a nice day." A friend that accompanied me, asked the gm why they lied about having my keys, and the gm became belligerent. We were both completely insulted, and left. My friend went back in to give his phone number someone to have the owner call him, when the vice president and son of the owner said, "I'm the owner." The "owner" had no concern for the customer service we received. In fact, this person began making it personal and made comments about my friend’s profession (police sergeant) and how the offer should have been good enough for me. The following day, my friend contacted the actual owner and got the same response, which in so many words is Westborn Chrysler lied to me and they do not care how they treat customers. More
I am absolutely thrilled with the service I have received at Westborn Chrysler Jeep over the years. I have leased three Jeeps from there--so far--and I drive 40 minutes from my home to get there. Each time I have leased a new vehicle, I was 100% confident that I was getting exactly what I need, no more, no less. Every question I have is met with the utmost care and concern, and my expectations are exceeded every single time. Finally, I truly appreciate how respectful Mike is of both me and my hectic schedule. You can buy a car anywhere, but Westborn is by far the best choice for an outstanding customer experience. More
