Every single assumption I had made was incorrect. Every fear I harbored was unfounded. I had done hours of internet research and come up with a list of 20 cars in which I was interested. The one at the top of my list was at Westgate. I went there this morning thinking it would be the first of many such forays into the used car world. The moment I arrived on the lot, I found myself in the capable hands of sales associate, Travis H. After my explaining briefly my situation and what I was looking for, Travis proceeded to show me that HIS agenda was MY agenda. He was the kind of honest, thoughtful, helpful, good listener you simply do not find in ANY business situation these days let alone USED CAR SALES! With the assistance of Travis H's manager, Travis W, I was driving my new car in less than three hours. I got a straight forward, fair deal more generous than I ever expected. Furthermore, Travis H. has already followed up with me to make sure my first day with the car was all that I expected.
