Great group of people I can't say enough about the group of people at West Texas Nissan in Odessa,TX. I do know we have found a friend and a family when it comes to car buy I can't say enough about the group of people at West Texas Nissan in Odessa,TX. I do know we have found a friend and a family when it comes to car buying though. Over the years I have purchased 5 vehicles from them starting back in 2012 with a new Sentra, traded that in on a new 2014 Titan, traded that in on our most recent 2017 Titan Platinum Reserve which is my wife's. I purchased a 2015 Ford F-250 Platinum on the same day as the 2017 Titan and on the following Monday co-signed on a 2012 Titan for my brother. The salesman who helped me with the last three was Chase Bentley, a very great guy to have help you get into your next vehicle. He went above and beyond a normal salesman as far as I'm concerned. The rest of the team were great to from Jason Jones getting them all financed to the signing of the paperwork with Tony Berry and Clipper Medina. I am very satisfied and happy with my experience with West Texas Nissan that when it's time to get another I already know where I am going. Thank you guys for all the help and relaxed environment in car buying. If you need a new or used vehicle I strongly suggest and recommend going and seeing the team at West Texas Nissan, I am glad our family found theirs and I'm sure you will be as well. More

Worst customer service. Rating should be a zero. Won't let me.Needed a 7 dollar gasket. Would not order without prescription paying over the phone. Told them I couldn't do Rating should be a zero. They are the closest. Not the first time we had problems with the service. Would not ever recommend going to this dealer for service. They try to rip you off!!!!! More
