Warranty Service Purchased a Certified 2016 Buick and in for a routine oil change, they noticed a trim piece in the trunk missing. Friendly, Competent and Reliable I took my new vehicle in for its first maintenance visit, {oil change, tire rotation and general checkup}, was greeted by the 2 smiling service manag I took my new vehicle in for its first maintenance visit, {oil change, tire rotation and general checkup}, was greeted by the 2 smiling service managers at my appointment time and just a little over an hour , my vehicle was ready to go. I had a question as to an option on the vehicle at which time Randy pulled up a report from the VIN number and was able to give me an answer, plus the report with all my options. Super nice people, too bad more places don't have the kind of interaction with their customers. More
