We actually negotiated and worked out the purchase via text/phone. I had previously been to the lot to know what make/model I wanted. We set an appointment time on a Saturday morning. In under 3 hours. I had test driven the car, did a walkthrough of all features, customized the settings. Worked with David in Finance. Drove the car home that morning, it was mine!! More
