No problems with the actual dealership but trying to contact someone in the service department has been very difficult. Have had to have my car serviced twice and both times it took 4 days to finally re contact someone in the service department has been very difficult. Have had to have my car serviced twice and both times it took 4 days to finally reach someone. Messages for a call back are never returned. Once I reach someone the service is great. Mathew handled my last service and always responded to my messages and questions. Just getting the process started seems to be the problem. More

Mobile service from West Point Lincoln in Houston TX is a best way for busy customers to have their cars serviced. Roy & his co-worker came to my place to fulfill my request of service on my car. They work a best way for busy customers to have their cars serviced. Roy & his co-worker came to my place to fulfill my request of service on my car. They worked very well on what I needed to work on my car timely manner. I believe they performed their work a lot faster than in the dealer. I really appreciated Roy who explained to me what’s going to work on my car before he & his coworker actually worked on it. At the end he also recommended me what needs to be done for next service. I love this option of service & recommend to everyone try it. I believe you all are going to love it. Kudo for Roy & his coworker. Really appreciate your works guys. I used the Lincoln Way App to schedule my appointment. I received a call to confirm the details of my service request. A representative was proactive in calling me with an update on my car only a couple I received a call to confirm the details of my service request. A representative was proactive in calling me with an update on my car only a couple of hours after I dropped the car off. The car was vacuumed and washed when I arrived to pick it up. I’m very pleased with the service I received at West Point Lincoln. I am a repeat customer because that make me feel special at every visit. More

I went to Bayway Lincoln to purchase a new vehicle but was horrified and insulted with the lack of customer service/customer appreciation. It was following this negative experience that I found Westpoint Lincoln and Sam Seddiki. From the first phone call to driving away in my new/preowned Lincoln, everything was handled professionally, quick and more than fair. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I will enjoy my new purchase, but already look forward to working with Sam and Westpoint again in the future. A+++. Thank you! More
