Purchased a ‘19 Lexus RX350 with very low miles with clean Carfax over the internet/phone. I live over 200 miles away & West Point offered delivery for on $400 which I thought was extremely reasonable & clean Carfax over the internet/phone. I live over 200 miles away & West Point offered delivery for on $400 which I thought was extremely reasonable & convenient too. I was told by the West Point salesman that the vehicle had no scratches or dings at all & he even sent me a short video which seemed to align with what he said, however after the car was delivered I discovered chips in the paint, scratches, dents on the lower part of both front doors, major curb rash on 3 wheels, and only one fob. Also the car empty of gas, which is not a big issue but when spending over 30k for a vehicle it would have been a nice jesture. I contacted my salesman & made him aware but nothing was resolved. I was also told a manager was going to reach out to me but that hasn’t happened and it’s been 10 days since I was told that. I should have not trusted the salesman or purchased without looking at the car in person, my mistake but I wanted to make other internet buyers aware of my experience with West Point Lincoln. More
