Warning message on my dash = DEF fluid system Warning message on my dash of my 2012 3500 Denali pickup flashed "DEF fluid system warning, see owner's manual". Then it started a countdown to limp Warning message on my dash of my 2012 3500 Denali pickup flashed "DEF fluid system warning, see owner's manual". Then it started a countdown to limp mode. I called the dealership "West Metro Buick GMC" and spoke to Jamie Blesi. She advised to get the truck to the dealership asap before limp mode kicked in. After delivering the vehicle to the dealership, Jamie called me the next day with their findings, informed me that they had to have parts sent out from GM (at no charge due to warranty) and when they expected to have it completed. When the truck was completed, Jamie left a message informing me it was completed and of all work that was done. Knowing that I'm self employed, she even delivered the truck to my business and took payment over the phone. That's first class service all the way! My salesman Corey Nelson has worked with me with my last two trucks and has been first class as well. The owner Jeff Sell has personally been involved with the delivery of both trucks to ensure my satisfaction. What a first class operation! I couldn't be happier with the service and sales at West Metro and I regularly refer people to them when possible. More

Took car in because it had a paint issue. There was 2 spots & they only fixed the one spot. So I would not waste your time going there. The general sales manger was someone my wife & I had bought many ca spots & they only fixed the one spot. So I would not waste your time going there.
