Amazing service - arrived at appointed time for my scheduled maintenance service. Service Advisor, Craig Koning, was attentive and very courteous. This is the second time he has been my Advisor and b scheduled maintenance service. Service Advisor, Craig Koning, was attentive and very courteous. This is the second time he has been my Advisor and both times he has been amazing. Was out at the promised time (less than an hour from the time I arrived). Both the drop off and waiting areas are spotless. Highly recommend. More

Very untrust worthy. I purchased a Maserati from this dealership in May 2020. A GAP policy was added to my financing. Unfortunately, my vehicle was stolen in October 2021. When I called the GAP covera dealership in May 2020. A GAP policy was added to my financing. Unfortunately, my vehicle was stolen in October 2021. When I called the GAP coverage I was informed that the policy was cancelled 2 days after purchase because they do not coverage this type of vehicle. And the dealer was contacted the day of cancellation. But the dealer never told me. Therefore, I ended up paying the balance of the car loan out of pocket after my car insurance settled. I contacted Carmelo, Financing Director, at West Kendall Toyota on November 24th 2021, he said they will give me the refund of the cost of the policy. Today is January 22, 2022 and I have not received a penny!!! More
This is the worst dealer. We left our Truck in service for 7 days and nothing got fixed. Refused to fix a bad fuel pump because the truck had an aftermarket LED light bar. Oil change that was supposed to get done didn't get done either. Service Advisor Alvaro is incompetent and a liar. Everything he said was a lie as our dash cam footage proofs. The dealer allowed me to go into my truck to replicate the problem for them after 3 days of being there and didn't advise me untill after the fact the technician that has just worked on it Tested Positive for Covid-19. putting me and my family's health at risk. The technicians I spoke with have no product knowledge, were rude and provided misinformation. I know this as im a ASE Certified Master Technician my self. As well a Ferrari/ Porsche /Maserati /BMW CERTIFIED Technician. As a High end vehicle Mechanic shop business owner for over 15 years, it is clear when this Dealer is lying and refusing to fix a problem by providing every excuse in the book and shifting blame. I gave them multiple chances to make the situation right even Speaking with the Service Manager Karina directly and nothing got done. She stood behind her Service advisors lies, technicians incompetence and gave us back our broken and potentially dangerous truck unfixed. To add insult to injury, they charged us a $160 diagnostic fee that the service advisor told us we wouldn't have to pay as the fuel pump was covered under the trucks Drive train warranty when we dropped it off. After this experience we have canceled our order for the 2022 Tundra and our TRD Pro 4runner order. WEST KENDALL TOYOTA gives the Toyota brand a bad name. I would advise you to do business elsewhere. More

Keep in mind they charge extra for "Pre-delivery Service fees" and you don't get a report of the services performed to see if they are overcharging. Don't make my mistake and ask for the report. 2nd- I wanted to purchase a SUV with a pre-collision system and trade in my C-HR that has this system. The salesperson (Eduardo) sold me a 2016 Rav4 XLE and he ASSURED the car had the system and later I found not to be true. It's NOT standard for 2016 XLE models as he said, it's OPTIONAL. Because of this WRONG information I made a bad decision to pay way above KBB for a car that doesn't have what I wanted. As a Toyota "advisor" he should make sure the information is correct. 3rd- Since they didn't have the all-weather mats for the car during memorial day, the salesperson told me he would ship it to me on wednesday 2nd. I paid and NEVER received. He never replied to my emails or texts. No contacts after my complaints. It seems nobody cares after the buyer signs the check. Bad customer service. I tried to contact the manager through the website form, but the email was delivered to the sales team and it seems they don't bother to forward the message or the manager doesn't bother to answer. I had better experiences in other Toyotas. This one needs better training. I'll update my review if I ever get my mats or any contact from the manager. More
This is from a few months ago. I came in to look at a specific car in Feb 2021. Jorge took the time to have the car pulled up to show me. He was very professional. I got a VERY good deal on the car, and the service dept took care of a minor recall the next day in very short order, along with some other issues that should have been caught in the reconditioning process. Bottom line, when I'm ready for another car, I will most certainly look Jorge up and likely buy from them. Thanks again! I've come in for service a few times for various preventative items, and let's be blunt. Their service department is VERY fast, courteous and the pricing for a dealer is par for the course. Pricing can always be lower, but in my humble opinion their pricing is fair. More
