West Houston Subaru - Service Center

For over 25 yrs, I was dedicated to this dealership. Bought 6 different Subarus from them (all new)- WILL NEVER RETURN. I used to believe I had the best dealership ever. Customer Service is now a thing of the past @ West Houston Subaru. GM is a joke. Frank really put the dealership in the wrong hands. No more "really, really, happy customers", they will need to revise their motto. So sad More

When in without appt after road hazard incident. No problem…car was checked for damage and tire replaced. Also completed a maintenance service while there.
