Christian did great considering he has only been there 3 weeks and this was his first sell. I also liked working with RJ. I was totally put off by the rest of the "team". We wasted an hour waiting for weeks and this was his first sell. I also liked working with RJ. I was totally put off by the rest of the "team". We wasted an hour waiting for Don to fix an IT problem. There were several things wrong with the forms that he didn't know how to fix. It has been 2 days since we bought the car and they are still sending me forms to resign because the data in the computer was wrong. What a mess! This is the third car I've bought there and it is the worst one yet. Parr was a good company but I won't be buying another one from any West Hills dealership. More
