We take our vehicles to West Hills Kia for service. Each and every time our experience is excellent. The manager and assistant manager go out of their way to let us know how things are going with the servi and every time our experience is excellent. Also, the gentleman working on our vehicle will come to the waiting room to explain any problem found, and discuss how to remedy the problems. All the employees of this business go out of their way to help you. They even call to remind you of a service needed in the near future, and send e-mail reminders with specials, etc. The service performed on our vehicles has been totally satisfactory, with no problems. If a problem does arise, they are right on top of it to help remedy the problem, with their goal being having a happy customer, and we are!
