Bought a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L through the Costco Auto Progam after having several test rides in the Accord. The dealership had only three new accords on the lot and finding that they had more accessories Progam after having several test rides in the Accord. They didn't try to push me into something I didn't want and were very straight forward and honest with all my dealings. The dealership and the salesman were very accommodating and made me feel as if they wanted my business. Upon picking up the vehicle they had it detailed inside and out even though it was a typical wet Washington day. This is the second car I've purchased through West Hills and probably not the last. Kent is, beyond a doubt, the most honest, straight forward sales person I have ever met. He actually ended up 'selling' us on another car at a dealership across the street.
