I bought my 2010 Honda Insight from Jason Lewis over Veteran's Day weekend in November 2013. I loved the service and Jason was really helpful. I don't know much about cars but he didn't make me feel dum Veteran's Day weekend in November 2013. I loved the service and Jason was really helpful. I don't know much about cars but he didn't make me feel dumb the entire time I was there. He kept me and my friends entertained with his stories and his humor. I have gone with 3 people up to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. I would tell Jason and if he was busy, he would put us in the trusting hands of another coworker and all my friends left with a car and were happy. I definitely recommend West Hills Honda as the staff is great and the service is outstanding! More

Kent was referred to me by a friend. I was a first time car buyer and he explained everything for me in a way I could easily understand all the technical jargon. In February of '14, our car was totaled by an under insured driver. Everyone was ok, but the whole experience of dealing with insurance companies and looking for a new car was a nightmare.That is until insured driver. Everyone was ok, but the whole experience of dealing with insurance companies and looking for a new car was a nightmare.That is until we met Jason Lewis at West Hills Honda. Jason spent a lot of time with us over a three day period, running all over the complex (often getting drenched in the process) to find us cars to look at. It didn't seem to matter to Jason or the good folks at West Hill Honda that we weren't looking at expensive cars, or that we were taking a lot of time, they just seemed to want to do what was best for us. That kind of customer service is rare these days. In the end, we ended up buying a little Honda Fit. We're very happy with the car and West Hills Honda has two new loyal customers. More

My experience with West Hills Honda was great. I was looking at buying a new Honda CRV. I was greeted right away by Jason Williams shortly after my arrival. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Of course, having my brother with me who can deal with the world better than I can helped a lot. I discovered that both Jeff and Josh are men of great integrity and that both are very trustworthy and honest. They are both very good at staying organized and cutting through the red tape with facility. And both have a wonderfully positive attitude toward life and their jobs and customers. The new owners clinic was extremely helpful to me as it made me more comfortable with dealing with the dealership in the future and instilled in me a desire to take good care of the amazing vehicle I have invested in. My glove box would not unlatch, I was told that it would cost $50 to get it unlatched and determine what the problem was, I agreed. When Ryan Zieg saw just how easy it was for the mechanic to open and remov cost $50 to get it unlatched and determine what the problem was, I agreed. When Ryan Zieg saw just how easy it was for the mechanic to open and remove the glove box he told me there would be no charge. He also included a wheel alignment at no cost when I had a set of tires installed, the tires are incredibly quiet, much more so than the original equipment tires. More

I did not want to go to West Hills due to a very bad experience 10 years ago but they had a 2010 Honda insight that seemed perfect for us. Jake was an AMAZING salesman and spent hours over the course of experience 10 years ago but they had a 2010 Honda insight that seemed perfect for us. Jake was an AMAZING salesman and spent hours over the course of two days answering my many questions. Finance was a breeze and gave me the facts never pushing me for products I didn't need or want but explaining everything available to us. Due to our schedule we were there very late into the night two nights in a row as I looked at cars deciding what I wanted and everyone was still friendly, even at 11:00pm. I would tell anyone looking for a Honda to go see Jake! More
