Best car salesman ever I have been looking for a car since June... reviewing on line every car I might be interested. I was putting off going to any dealerships because my I have been looking for a car since June... reviewing on line every car I might be interested. I was putting off going to any dealerships because my past experiences have been that that the salesman was only interested in the sale and not in me as a customer... meeting my needs. But this was not the case at West Hills Honda. My salesman was Zack Re. He educated me about every car I was interested in... not only at the Honda Dealership but also at the other dealerships on the lot. We test drove... parked cars next to each other... test dove again... and he let me come back over and over while honoring my request to let me call him. I bought a car yesterday and I am delighted with my purchase and feel totally confident I bought the right car for myself. Yesterday and last week I was assisted by Service Consultant Brett Buckingham to repair my 2007 Honda Odyssey which I had purchased 10 years ago from Yesterday and last week I was assisted by Service Consultant Brett Buckingham to repair my 2007 Honda Odyssey which I had purchased 10 years ago from West Hills. Brett and mechanic Joshua were able to properly diagnose the electronic problems that I was experiencing on the vehicle and explained to me in layman's terms what needed to be done.
