I can't say enough about the quality of the vehicle, just read Motor Trend's review... it's a great SUV with true 4x4 drive at a very reasonable price. My experience as a customer was great. I dealt with Adam Gibbons to purchase my new Jeep and he was fantastic. I already own a Dodge Challenger RT, and I was looking for a second vehicle to serve as an everyday driver, as well as provide me with the opportunity to explore the logging roads and backwoods of the Olympic Peninsula. The Jeep Cherokee seemed to be a good fit, and I was fairly certain this would be the vehicle I would opt to purchase even before setting footing in the dealership. Adam listened to what I was looking for and also understood that this was a second car for me and that I wasn't interested in purchasing a model with all of the options/whistles-and-bells. He took time to walk me through the models which only had the options that would serve my needs. He didn't apply pressure on me to test drive the high-end models or the base model. I really appreciated his patience and low pressure approach. His knowledge of the vehicles and options were an asset and assured my confidence in him, but he wasn't arrogant or pushy at all. When it came time to negotiate a price he was fair and to the point, he didn't present me with a story or try to wheel and deal me... everything was laid out in a straight forward manner. He carefully listened to my needs, my budget restraints and worked with me to make the sale no-pressure and rewarding experience.
