Turns out that August is employee pricing month--and guess what...the price was real, a first for me and car buying. Met with Moshi for a look at the car and test drive. Moshi is a great salesman to deal with--a genuine person. The experience was like meeting a new friend for the first time--not your typical car-buying experience--low-key and stress free. The car prep wasn't the greatest. The roof of the car wasn't cleaned, and the antennae whip wasn't installed. Still, as Moshi deserved 6 stars, the mark down for prep still leaves this dealer with 5. Amazing experience!!!! I was in a car accident and had one day left to find a vehicle before my rental vehicle had to be returned. I had been to other dealerships and was d I was in a car accident and had one day left to find a vehicle before my rental vehicle had to be returned. I had been to other dealerships and was disappointed by the way the salesmen acted. I was NOT disappointed when I went to Moshi. It was more like looking for cars with a friend than the usual pushy salesman that gets upset when you cant find that vehicle you are looking for. We went through about four vehicles before we found "the one". We started paperwork on it and unfortunately discovered that my buying ability would not fit for this vehicle. Moshi didnt even bat an eye, he jumped back on his computer and searched the entire dealership for more vehicles that would fit in our price range. After three or four more vehicles we found one we LOVED that was in the price range that would fit. Moshi was AWESOME through the whole experience, he never lost his sense of humor or appeared upset that things were not going as planned. I didnt find out until later but he was supposed to be off earlier on that day and he stayed with us until almost midnight. When I go to buy again I will for sure return to Westhills and only deal with Moshi. More
