In face, my husband, who HATES car shopping, is looking forward to the day when we can go back and he can shop for a new truck! Reggie consulted with us - he didn't sell us. He worked hard to make sure we got into the right vehicle for my needs and located exactly what I wanted. The negotiating process was really simple and transparent which helped to build trust. And Reggie's respect for his company (management and owners) was evident - we were doing business with a family who cared about their employees and their community. That's important to me. To be fair, some of the credit for our purchase also had to go to Adam Gibbons who I had known for some time and he also reflected the values that we as buyers look for when doing business with a business. Don't go to West Hills Dodge for service I would not recommend West Hills Dodge Service Department to anyone. Recently, I took my car in for repairs of the battery charging system with a very I would not recommend West Hills Dodge Service Department to anyone. Recently, I took my car in for repairs of the battery charging system with a very solid recommendation on what the issue would likely be. Over a period of a week and a half, I was given my car back multiple times with assurances that the issue was found and corrected. Each trip cost several hundred dollars and while they did correct symptoms of the issue, they never actually fixed the issue itself until it was ultimately discovered to be a problem with a PCM ( the exact part I suggested from the beginning). Interestingly, the PCM is covered by the powertrain warranty and did not cost me anything to repair. I am sure it is mere conicidence that this warranty covered part was found to be the underlying issue only after I had been milked for the previous repairs but just to be safe I won't be taking my business back to West Hills Dodge. Additionally, as a courtesy they gave me multiple coupons for free car washes at their location but not one time did they wash my car before giving back to me. More
